For an older lady these are easier to use and the jell is easy to be extracted by a light squeeze from the tube
For me it was much better then the long pump thin tubes with cream on the end Though for a thrush infection I believe these may be necessary
But this product for me is perfect and cures the dryness and itchiness in hot weather
